Safety during Schoolies is the first priority of the Queensland Government and local councils, and we're working closely with businesses and the community to ensure safety for everyone.
The Queensland Government is committed to continuing the high level of safety services which have been provided in the past three years including a highly visible police and liquor licensing presence, additional emergency services and education programs for year 12 students to prepare them for safe end-of-year celebrations.
The focus remains on better coordination of activities, improved safety and greater awareness of rights and responsibilities, including those of year 12 graduates.
